Licpriya Kangujam as Goodwill Ambassador of East Timor
Licpriya Kangujam on being appointed as the Goodwill Ambassador for the Republic of East Timor by His Excellency President Dr Jose Ramos Horta. She was the first Ambassador from Manipur.
