Minister Th. Biswajit attended the felicitation program of Wildlife Reporters & Photographers

Minister Th. Biswajit attended the felicitation program of Wildlife Reporters & Photographers in presence of PCCF officials of Forest Department at Manipur Zoological Garden, Iroisemba. The ceremony was organized by Wildlife Wing of Forest Department of Manipur. During the program, I congratulated the wildlife photographers & also acknowledge Oken Sanasam, Harmenn Huidrom and Priyojit Akoijam for first time ever capturing on lens the rare and endangered bird 'Nongin' in the lush forest of Razai village.  He further added that, their efforts are widely commendable and it is our duty to conserve this precious large wild bird having a long tail and protect these endangered species.
