BSF Churachandpur launched 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign as part of Azadi a Amrit Mahotsav

STC BSF Churachandpur launched 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign as part of Azadi a Amrit Mahotsav to encourage the Government/Autonomous/Semi- autonomous/private offices and local residents in the vicinity of ST BF Campus to hoist the National flag at their homes and offices to mark the 75'h year of India's Independence and promote the spirit of nationalism Umesh Kumar Nayal IG, PPMG, PPMDS, STC BSF Churachandpur flagged off Motor Cycle rally today in presence of Officers, SOs, Jawans, family members and villagers of Gangpimual,Pearsonmun and Songpi. He also distributed National Flags to the local villagers to encourage people to hoist Tiranga at their homes. The rally covered the area from Gangpimual, SP Office to Peace Ground and back to STC BSF Campus. A cultural program on patriotic theme was also organized by BSF Troops at Peace Ground which was witnessed & well appreciated by the native of Churachandpur. During the rally, people were encouraged and motivated to hoist the National Flags in their homes and offices as a matter of pride to nurture the feelings and promote the spirit of nationalism amongst the citizens. To celebrate the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, many programs have been scheduled during the Independence Week from August 08-15 like Walkathon, Installation of banners and posters at public places, Painting Competition, Essay Writing, Hoisting of National Flags at offices and homes, Workshop for families etc involving BSF members, families, kids of KV School and local residents of Churachandpur. 

Har Ghar Tirangga campaign were also launched succesfully in Thoubal and Kangpokpi districts too under their respective District Administrator.
