One person held along with Brown sugar

Today  at 1 am recieved information that some contraband drugs stored in soap cases are kept concealed in the house of one  Thangminlal at Molkon Village , CCpur.  On receipt of this info, a strong team under the supervision of Shri Shivanand Surve, IPS  SP- CCP  Shri Kh. Deshorjit Singh, MPS , Addl. SP (L/O), led by OC CCP PS, N Ingocha Singh, rushed to the said house and  conducted search. 

During the search , detected 24 ( twenty four ) soap cases in different colours containing suspected  contraband drugs were found in the rice stack. On testing by using testing kit, it resulted positive of drugs ( brown sugar,). On Weighing  found  a total weight of 320 grams without the weight of the container. 

Further packed by using a white cloth and sealed. Seized the drugs from the possession of the accd.person namely Thangminlal Haokip @ Minlal aged 29 years S/O Ngulmang Haokip of Molkon Village , CCPur.  Hence a case under FIR No. 120(07)2023 CCP PS U/S 21 (c) ND & PS Act has been registered Suo mottu against the accd person for investigation.
