Imphal east police arrest drug

In continuation of the War on Drugs, yesterday  around 10 pm received a source report that a huge consignment of drug is kept concealed. Residence of Md Boi(28) s/o Md Amu of Naharup Pangong Makhong , Imphal East was raided at around 1 am. by two teams of CDO led by OC CDO I/E and two teams of Reserve line. RI and RL 2 and a team of special team of IE.

During the search the following items were seized : Anrex CP cough syrup 100ml in 37 boxes, each box containing 120 bottles. Total:4440 ( four thousand four hundred and forty) bottles, Rukscof cough syrup 100 ml in 37 boxes (each box contains 100 bottles.) Total: 3700 (three thousand and seven hundred) bottles ,Span-Prx + Capsules in 12 boxes (10836 strips, each strip contains 24 capsules.) Total: 2,60,064 capsules and one Redmi Smartphone silver colour with one vodafone sim card. The seized items and the arrested person have been handed over to Irilbung PS for further necessary legal action.
