Wheelchairs distributed by Minister Govindas Konthoujam.
Wheelchairs were distributed to specialy abled person Wahengbam Rani Devi of Thingei Maning Leikai and Athokpam Kumari of Loktak Project, who face difficulty in walking from place to place. The wheelchairs were given under the leadership of Minister Govindas Konthoujam and further Minister assured that he will be continuing to help wheelchairs to speacially abled persons.
