Manipur Kabui Union representatives submitted memorandum to MPCC President K. Meghachandra.

Manipur Kabui Union, an indigenous tribe of Manipur submitted a joint memorandum under the leadership of Dr. K. Heera Kabui to K.Meghachandra, Hon'ble President, MPCC to raise their voice in the next Legislative Assembly of Manipur to protect and save Kabui cultures, customs, language, religion under the Universal Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous People in the Article 11 which states the dignity and diversity of cultures, traditions, histories and aspirations.
