A deliberation session on the book, " Modi@20- Dreams meet Delivery " was held at the United College - Lambung, Chandel.  The book is an anthology of Narendra Modi's achievements in his 20 years of public service as a Chief Minister and Prime Minister , authored by 21 prominent Indian writers from different fields.  Maharaja Leishemba Sanajaoba ( MP- Rajya Sabha ) was the Chief Guest of the event. S. Premananda Sharma- OSD Govt of Manipur, Rajkumar Nongdrenkhomba Meitei - State  Co Convenor of the " Modi@20 book Abhiyan, K. Bikram Singh ,Dr.BD Thumdal- Principal United college, Dr. H Phomrong Maring -Assistant Professor, Th. Thouranishabi Devi, Assistant Professor and Ng. Roland HoD, English department deliberated upon the contents of the book which is split up into Five sections.
