Condolence programme at All Secretariat Conference Hall
Condolence programme was held at All Secretariat Conference Hall by manipur Secretariat Association for late Saikhom Rakshjit singh who lost his life due to an unfortunate accident. The employees pray for the departed soul by standing 2 mins in silence. Late Saikhom Rakshjit was the son of Saikhom Naba who work as an assistant in Secretariat office.
