Search and Rescue Operation inconnection with Noney landslide closed today.

In a press Conference held at CM Secretariat, CM declared that 61 persons loss their life in the unfortunate landslide incident and 18 persons were able to be rescued. He further said that, the rescue and search operation  taken up by NDRF Team, SDRF, Vounteers, red Cross and Other special teams will be closed today and CM declared that totally 61 persons lost their life and the government is ready to perform the necessary steps in their name. The press Conference was attended by Chairman Hill Area Committee Dipu Gangmei, Water Resourse minister Awangbow Newmai, Railway, Army and villagers of Noney District. Lastly, an MOU was also signed between Frontier's Railway, Noney District Administration and Makhuam Village Authority.
