One unknown physically challenged person (male) found between Malkon Village area

One unknown person (male) aged about 40-45 yrs mentally challenged person was found loitering between pangjang and molkon village area, under saikul-ps, kangpokpi district manipur. he was picked up from pangjang waiting shed and kept at saikul ps for safe custody for futher verification. However, he does not carry any identity card and he does not/can’t speak. Therefore, his identity cannot be established any relative can contact saikul ps.
