National heritage park to be constructed at Keibul Lamjao

A press conference was held at Fouibi Community Hall in Keibul on matter that National Heritage Park must be constructed at non other than Keibul Lamjao.

In the conference, 7 clubs of the Keibul Area and spokesperson of Sangai Protection Forum, N. Ranbir said that Sangai is a precious animal which is found only in the Keibul National Park and we as citizens of the state feel proud of  it. Besides the Forest Department, people around the Keibul area also took  great care of the precious animal. Further, in the press conference, they appealed to the CM to construct the National Heritage Park at Keibul and strongly condemened the construction of it in other places.
