Manipur Governor La Ganeshan appointed as Bengal Governor in addition to his normal charges. President of India, Ram nath kovind also approved the resignation letter of the former Governor of Bengal Jagdeep Dhankar after he was announced as NDA's Vice President candidate for the 16th Presidential Election.
