Makhuam people decided not to take the relief materials which kept laying at Longmai

In such a trying tribulation like this in an Incident of which has tragically taken so many precious lives in the Makhuam NF Railway Station, at Makhuam. So many big hearts and wonderful people came to give help and relief.

But the sad part is, the Relief material which was sent for Makhuam Landslide by Govt of Manipur/CM. N. Biren Singh was carried down to Longmai. When the leaders of Makhuam contacted the District Administration of Noney, the concern authority pushed the leader of Makhuam to go due process again to get the relief from different individuals residing at Longmai.

As of now the Makhuam people decided not to take the relief materials which kept laying at Longmai. The Makhuam village are getting gripped of their own self buying materials to feed those who are at search and rescue team and personels at Makhuam landslide site.
