75 days free vaccination programme launched by CM N Biren

Free Vaccination programme for precautionary dose of Covid-19 was opened and started by chief Minister at CM secretariat. Under this free vaccination programme, persons who are 18 years and above will be vaccinated for the precautionary dose for 75 straight days.

Speaking on the occasion, CM said the people of the state should be more serious about the vaccination programme and inorder to get 100% vaccination rate, this free vaccination was taken up and also reported that till now only 60% get vaccinated and further appealed to the people to get vaccinated during this free vaccination programme. CM further said that schools will remain close till 24th of this month since school students are not vaccinated due to unavailability of vaccine for kids below 12 years. CM lastly said that the free vaccinatiomn programme was taken up by PM Narendra Modi as a part of 75 years independence of the country and appealed to the people to get vaccinated for precautionary dose which will continue till 30th September.
