Panam Ningthou Infrastructure Develeopment at Andro

Chief Minister N. Biren today inagaurated Panam Ningthou Infrastructure Develeopment at Andro. He said that the historical sites of Andro which were deeply connected with the history of Manipur should be conserved and the government would take various plans to preserve and protect such historical sites of Andro.

He also said that the then king Panam and the place Andro were highly connected to the history of Manipur and Panam Ningthou also took major role in defeating the British during the 7 years struggle of the Manipuris. He further added that the Government would reconstruct and refurnished the compound of the then King Panam and also the workshed of the various villagers of Andeo who were engaged in various works.
