one person held with brown sugar by NAB

As a part of War on Drugs 2.0, on 15/06/2022, at 03:40 pm, one person namely Seilenthang Kilong, 31 yrs, S/O Thangkhosat Kilong of Thangkanphai Village, Saikul, Kangpokpi District, was arrested by a team of NAB PS during a surprise frisking and checking at Purum Likli area along Imphal-Saikul Road with the recovery and seizure of the following items: 3 kgs of suspected Brown Sugar, Two mobile phone handsets, Poco, with one SIM card each, One Service Identity Card issued by SP Bishnupur, One Activa BS VIG Blue in colour without registration Number.  On further verification, the arrested person is found to be a Police Constable posted at Reserve Line, Bishnupur District. The Police Constable is placed under suspension. Further investigation is taken up by registering a case at NAB PS.
